Pay a consignor payable via Stripe
Transfers a pending payable's amount from the gallery's connected account to the consignor's Stripe account and marks it paid. Requires a payouts-enabled Stripe connection; returns 503 when Stripe isn't configured in this environment.

Preview this operation without committing it. When true, the request is authenticated, scoped, and validated, but no side effect runs — no write, no idempotency claim, no audit event, no outbound delivery. Lists the gallery's payables (what it owes consignors from sales), newest first, with cursor pagination. Filter by `status` or `payee_contact_id`.
Batch-settle payables POST
Marks many pending payables paid at once (each settled at its owed amount). Idempotent: already-paid or voided payables, and any not in this gallery, are skipped. Returns the payables actually settled.
