One system for the whole job
Running a gallery means holding a lot at once: which works are where, who asked about what, which invoices are open, what to show Thursday’s visitor. Most software does one slice of that job. Gallery Platform is our attempt at the whole thing — inventory, collectors, selling, showing, and the money — in one place, with an assistant that reads it all.
How we build
- Built with galleries, not just for them
- The product follows the daily reality of running a program — consignments, fairs, collectors who go quiet, invoices that need chasing — because it's shaped with the people doing that work.
- We run on our own API
- Every write the app makes goes through the same public API you can call. If the API is down, so are we — which is exactly the incentive alignment you want from a platform.
- Leaving must stay easy
- Full export, stable IDs, documented formats. A platform that's hard to leave doesn't have loyal customers, it has hostages — we'd rather earn the renewal.
- Honest copy, always
- Nothing on this site describes an unshipped feature as shipped. Competitor claims carry dates and sources. If we can't substantiate it, we don't say it.
- AI that ships, with guardrails
- The assistant is live and priced in — and destructive actions always stop for confirmation. Capability and caution aren't opposites.
See for yourself
The product is the pitch: the docs are public, the pricing is on the site, and the Free plan is real.
