Migrate from ArtCloud
A clean, header-driven move from ArtCloud.
Why it’s a clean move
ArtCloud exports a documented, header-driven CSV — one of the tidiest formats to bring across. Its Active / Inactive / Sold status is a small, unambiguous set.
Our ArtCloud preset reads those headers on sight, so the map step is mostly a confirmation rather than a rebuild.
Export from ArtCloud
Get your data out — then bring the file to our import wizard.
- Use ArtCloud's migration template / CSV export for your inventory.
- Keep the inventory number and edition columns — they drive matching and edition grouping.
- Include image references if present.
What our preset maps
You confirm every column before anything commits — nothing is guessed silently.
- Title, artist, inventory number, edition number and count auto-map from ArtCloud's snake_case headers.
- Active / Inactive / Sold → our availability field.
- ArtCloud's edition sets are grouped under one parent work on our side.
- A few headers are matched by convention — you confirm each column before anything commits.
Good to know
The honest edges — small things worth a look so nothing surprises you.
- A handful of ArtCloud's less-common columns are matched by naming convention rather than a verified header — worth a glance at the Map step.
- SKU and acquisition date have no direct home on our side yet, so they're left unmapped rather than forced somewhere wrong.
