Data portability

Portability is the exit tested before the entrance: can you export everything — works, contacts, sales, images — in documented formats with stable identifiers, without a support ticket or a fee?

It's also the honest platform's self-discipline. A vendor confident in its product makes leaving easy, because retention should come from the renewal being obvious, not the migration being awful.
